This product is acrylic diamond polishing knife (also known as guide plate diamond polishing knife) produced by our company. It is clamped on the balanced cutter plate of diamond polishing machine, and is used to repair edges of acrylic, plexiglass, guide plate and other organic plates, and polish the transparent effect of specular highlights. Also can be used for polarizer, backlight, plexiglass frosted edge processing. Sharp wear resistance and good chip removal.
Monocrystal Diamond Polishing Cutting Tool is composed of two kinds of materials: PCD polycrystalline diamond rough polishing knife and ND natural diamond fine (fine) polishing knife, which are installed in the special polishing knife plate in turn, can be used in diamond polishing machine, edge grinding machine, CNC center (CNC) or milling machine and other equipment to finish the rough and fine polishing of acrylic plates at one time.
